Back to the Future 1 & 2

The making of this (mostly virtual) movie, Able Edwards looks like it could be rather fun, if you enjoy 40's style Sci-Fi. Be sure to check out the "before and after" clip on the second page, too. ^_^ It's all just plain nifty, to see how such cinematic effects can be achieved at trivial cost.

Say hello to the Medicine Weasel! (Thanks to xolo)

And via marko_the_rat, "You May Have Raccoons". (And from that, the geekiest catflap in the world)

When I next have a place of my own, I think I'd like to have a front yard like this.

Yet another browser for OS X! Shiira uses WebCore, so it requires Panther, and is open source, under the revised BSD license (ie you're free to do anything with the code, provided the copyright notice is retained).

And breakfast (or lunch, depending on your perspective) was a quickie of a thin steak cut into ribbons, broccoli, asparagus tips, shiitake, oyster sauce, garlic, and lashings of sriracha. Happy panda. ^_^

Handy.. ATIccelerator offers OS X users the opportunity to play with the GPU's clock speed, and apparently works on everything from a Rage 128 Mobility to a 9800 Pro.

And a sneak preview of the new iMac. ^_^
